Body Mind Alignment Single Session
Description
Body Mind Alignment sessions are designed to help guide clients to awareness of the connection between your mental state and how you are feeling in your body. Through guided exploration, clients are supported in recognizing, unraveling, and addressing patterns that may be affecting their overall well-being. Each session begins with a thorough 15-20 minute intake to discuss your goals within the session as well as in your personal or professional life and how I can best support you in reaching those goals. Based on these insights, the session will then incorporate tailored bodywork, which may include massage, energy work & assisted stretching. To conclude each session we will engage in a detailed debrief to reflect on your experience, assess progress and determine steps that can be taken to continue supporting your alignment between sessions.
